Africa Basel: Fair For Contemporary Art to Debut in Art Basel Week

In a historic move for the global art community,  Africa Basel is set to make its highly anticipated debut during Art Basel week, from June 16 - 22, 2025, in Basel Switzerland. Dedicated majorly to celebrating contemporary African art and its diaspora, this groundbreaking fair will take center stage during the Art Basel week later in June. 

The international fair has a line up of curated and intimate experience, bringing together artists, galleries, collectors, curators in meaningful exchanges that champion innovation and authenticity. According to organizers, the mission of the fair is clear: to serve as a transformative platform for African artistic narratives, and to enhance sustainable engagement with the global art market.
